2. BOX CANDIY will gladly accept returns on products that have been damaged upon delivery, or are defective in any way. Please email us at Orders@boxcandiy.com and we will provide return instructions and a return label.
3. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
4. Custom or special orders are not eligible for return.
